Auntam's platform is designed exclusively for business users including corporate clients, fleet operators, and travel agencies. By registering on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.

3. Platform Use

Users agree to use Auntam's platform solely for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Misuse or misrepresent your business information during registration
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with platform operations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings made through Auntam are subject to vehicle and operator availability
• Confirmed bookings must be cancelled within the stipulated cancellation window to avoid charges
• Auntam reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure, unavailability, or safety concerns
• Any disputes regarding bookings must be raised within 48 hours of the trip completion

5. Payments & Pricing

• All pricing displayed on the platform is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments must be made through Auntam's approved payment channels
• Auntam reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice
• Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. Auntam processes eligible refunds within 7–10 business days of approval.

7. Operator & Fleet Partner Responsibilities

Fleet operators and partners registered on Auntam's platform agree to:

• Maintain valid permits, licenses, and insurance for all registered vehicles
• Ensure drivers are verified, licensed, and professionally trained
• Deliver services as committed at the time of booking confirmation
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

Auntam acts as a technology-enabled marketplace connecting businesses with fleet operators. We are not directly liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by fleet operators
• Loss, damage, or injury occurring during a trip
• Technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, technology, and materials on the Auntam platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Auntam. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Auntam reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. Users may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

Auntam reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
